Sift(sieve) maida.
Add salt and cooking oil or ghee to it and make a hard dough with water.
Wash and grate gobhi. Chop onion, green chillies, ginger and coriander leaves.
Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan. Sauté onion in oil.
Then add chopped ginger and grated gobhi, also add salt and green chillies.
Cook on low heat till gobhi is done.
When cooked add garam masala and coriander and completely dry the mix. Remove from heat.
Makes mall balls of the dough and roll them into thin round shapes.
Cut in halves. Form cones from the halves.
Fill the gobhi mix and seal the edges with a little water to give them the shape of samosas.
Heatoil in a pan. Fry samosa in oil in medium flame till golden brown.
Heat oil in a pan. Fry samosa in oil in medium flame till golden brown.
Alternately samosas can be cooked in Air fryer for 20 minutes at 180 degrees till golden brown.
Before cooking in Air fryer brush the samosas with oil. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
