Mix besan, maida, suji, curd, salt and water well to make it a batter.
Chop palak, onion and greem chillies.
Grate gobhi and carrots.
Cook thin pancakes from the batter and keep aside.
Heat butter in a pan and add cumin seeds in it and heat till it start popping.
Add palak and salt and cook it dry, keep aside.
Add chopped green chillies and salt to paneer, keep it aside.
Cook gobhi and carrots with salt into a dry vegetable and keep aside.
Grease with butter around baking dish. Place one pancake on it.
Apply a layer of cooked palak overit. Place another pancake over it. Spread a layer of paneer over it. Cover with another pancake.
Spread a layer of cooked gobhi and carrot. Cover with a pancake.
Bake in an oven for 10-15 minutes. Cut in pieces and serve with chutney or sauce.
