Ghee
(for cooking)
Instructions
Wash and clean keema.
Beat the eggs.
Cut onion and tomato in rings.
Mix beaten egg and keema with salt, garam masala, pepper and red chilli powder well.
Corn flour can also be used in place of eggs for binding.
Shape the mixture to long and thin kababs.
Put kababs in a kadhai or a degchi, pour ghee over it and cook on low heat till it turns brown.
Pour more ghee if required. Butter or cooking oil can also be used in place of ghee, but kababs cooked in ghee taste best.
When cooked serve with rings of onion and tomato and sauce in a flat plate.
