Instructions
Boil potatoes. Peel and cut boiled potatoes in small pieces.
Chop onions and coriander leaves.
Cut bread slices in small pieces and fry them.
Alternately toast bread in toaster or gas tandoor.
Add sliced potatoes, chopped onion, coriander leaves, green chutney, tomato sauce and namkeen mixture to bread pieces, mix and serve in a flat dish.
