Ingredients
  

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Besan
  • 1 cup Maida
  • 1 cup Suji (rava or semolina)
  • 1 cup Curd
  • Salt (to taste)

For Filling:

  • 2-3 medium sized Onion
  • 1 medium sized Cauliflower (Gobhi ka phool)
  • 3-4 Carrots
  • 1 small bunch Spinach (palak)
  • 1 cup Paneer (grated)
  • 5-6 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tsp Cumin Seeds (jeera)
  • 3-4 Green Chillies
  • Salt (to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Mix besan, maida, suji, curd, salt and water well to make it a batter.
  • Chop palak, onion and greem chillies.
  • Grate gobhi and carrots.
  • Cook thin pancakes from the batter and keep aside.
  • Heat butter in a pan and add cumin seeds in it and heat till it start popping.
  • Add palak and salt and cook it dry, keep aside.
  • Add chopped green chillies and salt to paneer, keep it aside.
  • Cook gobhi and carrots with salt into a dry vegetable and keep aside.
  • Grease with butter around baking dish. Place one pancake on it.
  • Apply a layer of cooked palak overit. Place another pancake over it. Spread a layer of paneer over it. Cover with another pancake.
  • Spread a layer of cooked gobhi and carrot. Cover with a pancake.
  • Bake in an oven for 10-15 minutes. Cut in pieces and serve with chutney or sauce.
