Ingredients
  

  • 500 gms Minced Meet (Keema)
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 2 medium sized Onion
  • 2 medium sized Tomato
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • Ghee (for cooking)

Instructions
 

  • Wash and clean keema.
  • Beat the eggs.
  • Cut onion and tomato in rings.
  • Mix beaten egg and keema with salt, garam masala, pepper and red chilli powder well.
  • Corn flour can also be used in place of eggs for binding.
  • Shape the mixture to long and thin kababs.
  • Put kababs in a kadhai or a degchi, pour ghee over it and cook on low heat till it turns brown.
  • Pour more ghee if required. Butter or cooking oil can also be used in place of ghee, but kababs cooked in ghee taste best.
  • When cooked serve with rings of onion and tomato and sauce in a flat plate.
