Ingredients
  

  • 1 big sized Cabbage
  • 1/2 kg Potato
  • 1/2 cup Shelled Peas
  • 2-3 medium sized Onions
  • 1 inch Ginger (small piece)
  • 3-4 Green Chilli
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/2 cup Besan/Rice Flour
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Cooking Oil (for cooking)

Instructions
 

  • Boil and mash potato. Half boil peas.
  • Cut cabbage in four pieces, sprinkle salt and steam it.
  • Chop onion, ginger and green chillies.
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and sauté onion till golden brown.
  • Add to it mashed potato, green chilli, ginger and salt and mix well.
  • Add salt to besan / rice flour and make into a solution. Red chilli powder can also be added to the solution for taste.
  • Strain steamed cabbage into leaves.
  • Spread the leaves, place mashed potato mixture on it and fold into rolls.
  • Dip rolls in the besan / rice flour solution and fry till golden brown.
  • Alternately, bake it in an oven or air fry it. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
