Ingredients
- 8-10 Bread Slices
- 2 Onions (medium sized)
- 2-3 Potatos (medium sized)
- 2 tsp Green Chutney
- 2 tsp Tomato Sauce
- Coriander Leaves (a small bunch)
- 2 tbsp Namkeen Mixture
- Cooking Oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Boil potatoes. Peel and cut boiled potatoes in small pieces.
- Chop onions and coriander leaves.
- Cut bread slices in small pieces and fry them.
- Alternately toast bread in toaster or gas tandoor.
- Add sliced potatoes, chopped onion, coriander leaves, green chutney, tomato sauce and namkeen mixture to bread pieces, mix and serve in a flat dish.
