Ingredients
  

  • 8-10 Bread Slices
  • 2 Onions (medium sized)
  • 2-3 Potatos (medium sized)
  • 2 tsp Green Chutney
  • 2 tsp Tomato Sauce
  • Coriander Leaves (a small bunch)
  • 2 tbsp Namkeen Mixture
  • Cooking Oil (for frying)

Instructions
 

  • Boil potatoes. Peel and cut boiled potatoes in small pieces.
  • Chop onions and coriander leaves.
  • Cut bread slices in small pieces and fry them.
  • Alternately toast bread in toaster or gas tandoor.
  • Add sliced potatoes, chopped onion, coriander leaves, green chutney, tomato sauce and namkeen mixture to bread pieces, mix and serve in a flat dish.
