
Moong Dal ke Pakore

Ingredients
- 1 cup Moong Dal
- 2 cups Curd (Yogurt, Dahi)
- 2-3 Green Chilli
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Chat Masala
- 1 tsp Jeera Powder
- Coriander Leaves (for garnish)
- Salt (to taste)
- Cooking Oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Soak moong dal in water for about 4-5 hrs.
- Grind soaked moong dal into a dry and keep aside.
- Chop coriander leaves. Add salt and green chillies to moong dal paste and mix well.
- Makesmall balls from the moong dal paste.
- Heatoil in a pan. Fry small balls in oil.
- It can be cooked in an Air fryer for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees till golden brown.
- Place pakora in a plate, pour some curd mix on it, garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
