Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Moong Dal
  • 2 cups Curd (Yogurt, Dahi)
  • 2-3 Green Chilli
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Chat Masala
  • 1 tsp Jeera Powder
  • Coriander Leaves (for garnish)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Cooking Oil (for frying)

Instructions
 

  • Soak moong dal in water for about 4-5 hrs.
  • Grind soaked moong dal into a dry and keep aside.
  • Chop coriander leaves. Add salt and green chillies to moong dal paste and mix well.
  • Makesmall balls from the moong dal paste.
  • Heatoil in a pan. Fry small balls in oil.
  • It can be cooked in an Air fryer for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees till golden brown.
  • Place pakora in a plate, pour some curd mix on it, garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
